When I purchase a 3 pack, do all tickets have to be in the same name?

If purchasing a 3 pack all tickets must be issued to the same person (same name and address). The same names must appear on all tickets in the 3 pack. The ticket will be mailed to the primary holder. If the tickets are purchased as gifts, the purchaser's name and address will be listed on each ticket as the purchaser. The purchaser receives the tickets and decides who will receive the ticket as a gift. Remember: if one of the three tickets should win, it will have the purchaser's name and not the name of the person to whom it was given as a gift.

Are the ticket numbers in a 3 pack sequential?

All three tickets will be issued in sequential order - there are no exceptions. Ticket numbers are computer-generated in sequential order for control purposes.

How do I receive my official ticket?

You will receive your ticket in the mail within 15 business days from the time of placing your order. If you have not received your ticket, you may contact Miratel Solutions, Inc. at 866-935-6723.

What is the total number of prizes?

There are 4,306 prizes.

What is the total prize value?

Total prize value is $2,479,103.87

What are the odds of winning?

The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. All inquiries, if any, on the odds of winning, are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).

What payment methods are accepted?

You can purchase your ticket using cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card or cheques (not post dated).

Are group purchases permitted?

Group purchases are permitted; however, a maximum of three names can appear on the tickets. Group members must work out the details of payment and prize collection among themselves. If the group is larger, we suggest providing one name and the size of the group, e.g. John Smith and group of 9. The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation and Miratel Solutions will play no role in settling any disputes relating to group purchases. All prizes will be awarded in the name of the primary ticket holder, which is the first name appearing on the ticket.
